The LMT-B series 2D material transfer system is an in-house developed solution tailored to customer applications, specifically designed for the transfer and stacking of low-dimensional van der Waals heterostructures. It is ideal for precise alignment and transfer of monolayer materials such as graphene, molybdenum disulfide (MoS₂), and black phosphorus, as well as for the fabrication of multilayer heterojunctions.
The system enables visualized and controllable transfer operations and is composed of: monocular metallurgical microscope; precision temperature control system; vacuum adsorption system; high-precision 4-axis sample stage; 5-axis substrate stage with in-plane large-angle rotation capability
This system is a powerful tool for studying the properties of heterostructures, spatial inversion symmetry breaking, and the effects of different stacking orientations in 2D materials.
