The LMT-H Series High-Resolution 2D Material Transfer System is an in-house developed solution tailored to customer applications for transferring and assembling low-dimensional van der Waals heterostructures. It is designed for precise alignment and transfer of monolayer materials such as graphene, molybdenum disulfide (MoS₂), and black phosphorus, as well as for the stacking of multilayer heterostructures, enabling fully visualized and controlled transfer operations.

The system integrates:high-resolution metallurgical imaging system;precision temperature control module;vacuum adsorption module;high-precision 4-axis sample stage;5-axis substrate holder, which supports in-plane wide-angle rotation

This transfer platform serves as a powerful tool for studying heterostructure properties, spatial inversion symmetry breaking, and the impact of different stacking configurations in two-dimensional materials.
