The LET-S Series High-Resolution Motorized 2D Material Transfer System is independently developed by our company to meet the demands of specialized experimental setups and high-precision transfer applications. It is designed for precise deterministic transfer of monolayer materials such as graphene, MoS₂, and black phosphorus, as well as for the fabrication of multilayer van der Waals heterostructures, enabling visualized manipulation of low-dimensional materials.
The system integrates a high-resolution metallurgical microscope, precision temperature control module, vacuum adsorption system, and high-precision motorized sample and substrate stages. The substrate stage supports large in-plane angular rotation, making it an ideal tool for studying heterostructure characteristics, breaking of spatial inversion symmetry, and the influence of stacking configurations in two-dimensional materials.
