Confocal Micro-Raman Spectroscopy System

The Prms Confocal Micro-Raman Spectroscopy System is a high-end micro-Raman material characterization platform independently developed by Puliang Optoelectronics based on years of experience in spectral instrument R&D and industry applications.

The instrument integrates ultra-high-resolution optical microscopic imaging with high-precision Raman spectroscopy detection technology, and is equipped with an integrated, highly stable microscopic testing optical path and a high-speed, high-resolution area-scanning core module. The system comes standard with a large-travel, high-precision motorized XY scanning stage and supports micrometer-level, high-resolution point-by-point spectral Mapping acquisition. It also integrates a closed-loop motorized Z-axis module. Combined with our self-developed intelligent visual-recognition focusing algorithm, it automatically compensates for defocus caused by sample height variations and optical-path offsets, fundamentally preventing invalid empty acquisitions as well as spectral signal attenuation and distortion. This ensures uniform and complete spectral data across the entire scanning area, stable results, and high reproducibility. It is widely suitable for non-destructive characterization of micro-area samples such as two-dimensional materials, functional films, and optoelectronic semiconductors.
