The TPES-UP high-precision motorized probe holder is built upon a precision motorized positioning system and is compatible with 5-phase stepper motors. When paired with a high-resolution 5-phase driver, it delivers smooth, jitter-free motion at low speeds, enabling micron-level positioning accuracy. PLCTS offers flexible customization, allowing the system to be matched with different types of probe holders and control modules according to customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing equipment.
