The TPES-UP high-precision motorized probe holder is built upon a precision motorized positioning system and is compatible with 5-phase stepper motors. When paired with a high-resolution 5-phase driver, it delivers smooth, jitter-free motion at low speeds, enabling micron-level positioning accuracy. PLCTS offers flexible customization, allowing the system to be matched with different types of probe holders and control modules according to customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing equipment.
● Works seamlessly with PLCTS’s multi-axis motion control system and handwheel module, enabling both coordinated multi-axis movement and independent single-axis control
● A single controller can connect up to three probe holders, allowing 9 degrees of freedom for fully automated positioning
● The software interface is intuitive and user-friendly, supporting both individual axis control and multi-axis synchronized operation; includes one-click homing for single or multiple axes
● Each axis can be controlled individually or in combination, with independent speed settings for each axis
● Supports a wide range of automation functions including multi-axis linkage, interpolated motion, array movement, and CAD file import for trajectory planning
