The probe holder features an integrated structure based on a 3-axis stainless steel crossed-roller linear stage, offering high-precision movement and stability. It is equipped with a universal adjustable clamp and threaded probe locking, supporting 360° rotational adjustment, and is suitable for probing electrodes ≥100 μm.
A magnetic base with adjustable force is mounted at the bottom, allowing direct attachment to optical breadboards or isolation platforms.
Feedthrough cable options include:Coaxial cables with BNC, alligator clip, or banana plug ; Triaxial cables (optional for low-current or high-precision applications)
