PL Optics Coupling System Probe Holders feature high-precision 3-axis DC and RF probe mounts with crossed-roller linear guides, 360 rotation, magnetic base attachment, and customizable clamps and feedthrough cables for advanced photonic and semiconductor testing
The probe holder features an integrated structure based on a 3-axis stainless steel crossed-roller linear stage, offering high-precision movement and stability. It is equipped with a universal adjustable clamp and threaded probe locking, supporting 360° rotational adjustment, and is suitable for probing electrodes ≥100 μm.
A magnetic base with adjustable force is mounted at the bottom, allowing direct attachment to optical breadboards or isolation platforms.
Feedthrough cable options include:Coaxial cables with BNC, alligator clip, or banana plug ; Triaxial cables (optional for low-current or high-precision applications)

The RF probe holder is engineered for high-frequency testing on photonic coupling platforms. It features imported crossed-roller linear guides on all XYZ axes, ensuring high precision and smooth motion.
The probe mount includes a 20° angled adjustment design, enabling multi-angle alignment of the probe tip for enhanced stability and precision during RF measurements.
A high-strength magnetic base allows for direct attachment to optical tables, ensuring fast setup and reliable positioning.
