Olympus Plan-Apochromat Super Flat-Field Objective for Phase Contrast
(Olympus UPLXAPO-PH Series)
Olympus UPLXAPO-PH Extended Apochromat Phase Contrast Objectives deliver high numerical aperture (NA), wide, uniform field flatness, and an extended chromatic correction range from 400 nm to 1000 nm. UPLXAPO-PH objectives are designed for observing transparent, unstained samples—such as live cells, tissues, and microorganisms—via phase contrast and fluorescence imaging.
*1 Phase contrast is a microscopy technique that enhances visibility of transparent or minimally stained specimens. Many biological samples, such as live cells and organelles, are nearly transparent and difficult to view clearly under conventional brightfield microscopy.
