Olympus TIRF/HR Objectives are engineered for Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence (TIRF) and ultra-high-resolution imaging, offering a numerical aperture (NA) up to 1.7 for exceptional light-collection and resolution. Their advanced optics and coatings minimize light loss and boost contrast—ideal for live-cell and organelle real-time super-resolution work. High NA also generates a potent evanescent field for high-contrast TIRF or super-resolution imaging, meeting modern microscopy’s exacting demands.
